Shipping and Handling
With the exception of custom orders and commissioned work, all orders are shipped within 3 business days of completed payment. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with insurance for your protection.
Orders under $50 – $7.00 via USPS Priority Mail, including insurance
Orders $50 and over – FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail, including insurance
International Shipping - Canada:
Orders under $100 – $15.00 via USPS Priority Mail, including insurance.
Orders $100 and over – FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail, including insurance
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return any item purchased here (with the exception of custom orders) for a full refund within 21 days of the date of the sale. You also have the option of applying the value of your order to the purchase of another item.
To return your item(s):
Please use a traceable shipping method to return your merchandise and insure the package. Wild Horses Jewelry can not be responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipment, so make sure to ship your item in a box, NOT a padded envelope.
Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Also, make sure to include your current return mailing address and a phone number or email address in case we need to reach you.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it or repair it for free. Contact us as soon as you receive it to let us know the problem, and follow the return shipping instructions above. Repairs after the initial 21 day return period are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and nature of repair. Please email us with a description of the problem and we will let you know whether there is a repair fee.
Wild Horses Jewelry understands the importance of protecting your privacy. We use your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, credit or debit card number, and expiration date in order to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number so we can reach you quickly if there is a problem with your order. We will never sell or give your personal data to third parties.
